18.02.2024: Cycle Rally under the banner of “Hamro Sankalp,Viksit Bharat”
A spirited cycle rally unfolded under the banner of “Hamro Sankalp,” was flagged off by the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya. The event saw the active engagement of 27 cyclists, further emphasizing the commitment to community well-being.
A highlight of the rally was the vibrant presence of two remarkable young participants, 11-year-old Miss Gyalmu Sherpa and 12-year-old Master Karma Pincho Chopel Bhutia. Their energetic spirit added a youthful charm to the proceedings, showcasing the inclusive nature of the event.
The rally route traced a scenic path from, Zero Point, Tashi View Point, Enchey Monastery, and TNA-Upper Gate, culminating in a return journey to Raj Bhavan. This carefully selected route allowed participants to enjoy the picturesque landscapes of Sikkim while promoting the spirit of unity and active participation.
