Shri Ram Nath Thakur, the Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, at Raj Bhavan today evening.

During the meeting, they discussed various key agricultural issues with strategies to enhance the agricultural landscape, with a focus on sustainable farming practices that can further strengthen Sikkim’s position as a leader in organic farming.

आज राजभवन में सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर से केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण राज्य मंत्री, श्री राम नाथ ठाकुर ने शिष्टाचार भेंट की।

इस बैठक के दौरान, राज्य की कृषि से संबंधित कई विकासात्मक मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई जिसमें विशेष रूप से सिक्किम के जैविक राज्य से जुड़े कई विषयों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया साथ ही इस दिशा में और अधिक प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया गया।
माननीय केंद्रीय कृषि एवं कल्याण राज्य मंत्री ने सिक्किम को खूबसूरत और व्यावहारिक राज्य बताया है ।
