The Vice Chancellor of SRM University, Prof. Ch. Satish Kumar called on the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur at Raj Bhawan today.
During the courtesy meeting, the Hon’ble Governor emphasised to focus on promoting innovation and research in the true spirit.
The Vice Chancellor informed the Honorable Governor about the university’s numerous academic initiatives.
The Hon’ble Governor emphasized that the university should reach new heights and stressed the importance of the university reaching new heights and putting more effort into improving society.
आज राजभवन में सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर से एसआरएम विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो सीएच सतीश कुमार ने शिष्टाचार भेंट की।
इस भेंट के दौरान श्री सतीश ने विश्वविद्यालय में चल रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों एवं आगामी योजनाओं से माननीय राज्यपाल को अवगत कराया।
माननीय राज्यपाल ने कुलपति से आगामी कार्ययोजना के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी लेते हुए विश्विद्यालय को नई ऊँचाइयाँ छूने और समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने की दिशा में और अधिक कार्य करने पर जोर दिया है ।
