The Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya, participated in a heartwarming event today, watching the live telecast of the Shri Ram Pran Pratishtha program in Ayodhya alongside the children residing at the Government Children’s Home for Boys in Varanasi. Upon his arrival at the children’s home, the Hon’ble Governor was greeted with a welcome song by the children, who also presented him with flowers. This was followed by worshipping the idol of Shri Ram in the room. The Hon’ble Governor then distributed jackets to the residential children engaged in conversations with them, and inquired about their well-being. Describing the moment as historical, the Hon’ble Governor expressed heartfelt gratitude to the country’s Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modiji. The ceremony, which is celebrated as a grand festival nationwide, witnessed the presence of Children’s Home Superintendent Saurabh Maurya, along with Ashok Kumar, Gyan Kumar, Major Sandeep Mishra, and others.
