23.12.2025 : Chief Secretary of Sikkim, Shri R. Telang called on the Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur at Lok Bhavan.

The Chief Secretary of Sikkim, Shri R. Telang called on the Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur at Lok Bhavan today.

During the meeting, the Governor discussed the state’s developmental progress and emphasized the timely implementations of central government schemes to ensure Sikkim’s continued progress.

The Governor highlighted the importance of infrastructure development, particularly in road connectivity, digital connectivity etc. which are vital for the state’s growth.

In this meeting, the Governor also highlighted various positive aspects of Sikkim and noted that Sikkim is India’s most peaceful and harmonious states.

Chief Secretary assured the Governor that the policies of the government would be fully implemented under his guidance.
