25.02.2026 : Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, was paid a courtesy call on by the State Information Commissioner Shri Kuber Bhandari.

Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, was paid a courtesy call on by the State Information Commissioner Shri Kuber Bhandari. On this occasion, Secretary Mrs. Jyotsna Karthak and other officials were also present.

During the meeting, the Hon’ble Governor enquired about the functioning of the office and the activities being carried out under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.

The State Information Commissioner and officials apprised Hon’ble Governor about their work and achievements.
They also presented the Annual Report for the year 2024–25 to the Hon’ble Governor.

सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर से आज राज्य सूचना आयोग के आयुक्त श्री कुबेर भंडारी ने शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस अवसर पर सचिव श्रीमती ज्योत्सना कार्थक तथा अन्य अधिकारीगण भी उपस्थित रहे।

भेंट के दौरान माननीय राज्यपाल महोदय ने सूचना का अधिकार (RTI) अधिनियम के अंतर्गत चल रहे कार्यों एवं कार्यालय की गतिविधियों के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त की।

राज्य सूचना आयुक्त एवं अधिकारियों ने वर्ष 2024-25 की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट माननीय राज्यपाल को प्रस्तुत की तथा अपने कार्यों एवं उपलब्धियों से अवगत कराया।
