76वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर राजभवन में हुआ “एट होम” कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

76वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर, आज राजभवन में “एट होम” कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया | इसी दौरान “सबै पढौ, सबै बढौ’, अभियान के तहत राजभवन के बच्चों और कर्मचारियों के लिए कंप्यूटर कक्षा का उद्घाटन किया गया। इस महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर ने कंप्यूटर कक्षा का शुभारंभ किया। समारोह में सिक्किम के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री प्रेम सिंह तामांग की भी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही | साथ ही, मुख्य सचिव श्री आर. तेलांग भी इस अवसर पर उपस्थित रहे।इस पहल के माध्यम से राजभवन परिवार के बच्चों और कर्मचारियों को डिजिटल शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा।
इसके बाद राजभवन के आशीर्वाद भवन में पारंपरिक “एट होम” कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत राजभवन के सचिव श्री जितेंद्र सिंह राजे, द्वारा स्वागत भाषण से हुई। गणतन्त्र दिवस की शुभ संध्या पर संस्कृति विभाग के कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों दी गईं जिसमे सिक्किम की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विविधता को प्रदर्शित किया गया । कार्यक्रम के अंत में आज राजभवन द्वारा “हाइ टी” की व्यवस्था की गई थी जिसमे उपस्थित सभी ने हिस्सा लिया |
“एट होम” कार्यक्रम में सिक्किम के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश, मंत्रिमंडल के सदस्य, विधान सभा की उपाध्यक्ष , मुख्य सचिव, पुलिस महानिदेशक, विभागाध्यक्ष, पद्मश्री पुरस्कार प्राप्तकर्ता, राष्ट्रीय और राज्य पुरस्कार प्राप्तकर्ता, विभिन्न संघ –संस्थान के सदस्य और अन्य प्रतिष्ठित अतिथियों की उपस्थिती रही।

On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, inaugurated the computer class room at Raj Bhavan this evening in presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri Prem Singh Tamang and other dignitaries.
With an initiative to promote digital learning and computer education, “Sabai Padhaw Sabai Badhaw”, Raj Bhavan organized computer coaching class for the children of Raj Bhavan employee.
Hon’ble Governor said “we believe digital learning & computer education is the key for the children to excel in this rapidly advancing technology-based world. I am extremely happy, as we inaugurated computer classroom at Raj Bhavan. This is another step on digital learning among the children and provide them platform to excel further”.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Prem Singh Tamang also appreciated initiative of Raj Bhavan to promote digital learning and computer education to children. This was followed by the ‘At Home’ function at Ashirwad hall, hosted by Raj Bhavan. The programme was attended by the Hon’ble Governor, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Prem Singh Tamang, Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Sikkim, Shri Justice Biswanath Somadder, Deputy Speaker, Ministers, MLAs, Deputy Mayor, Chairpersons, Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, prominent personalities and local gentries.
The ‘At Home’ ceremony at Raj Bhawan serves as an occasion for dignitaries from various walks of life to come together and strengthen ties, celebrating unity and collaboration.
A brief cultural dance and song were performed by the artists from culture department to mark the occasion.
