The Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur paid a courtesy call on the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu at Lok Bhavan here today.

During the courtesy meeting, the dignitaries discussed Sikkim’s progress, development and the public welfare initiatives being undertaken by the state.

The Governor also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the President of India for the gifts presented by her as a token of affection.

लोकभवन सिक्किम में आज सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर ने भारत गणराज्य की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू से शिष्टाचार भेंट की।

इस अवसर पर माननीय राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति महोदया ने विभिन्न विषयों पर विचार-विमर्श किया तथा राज्य के विकास और जनकल्याण से संबंधित मुद्दों पर सार्थक चर्चा की।
माननीय राज्यपाल महोदय ने माननीय राष्ट्रपति जी द्वारा दिए गए उपहारों के लिये उन्हें हृदय से आभार प्रकट किया ।
