27.08.2024 : The Hon’ble Governor visits his ancestral village in Rajasthan.

The Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, visited his ancestral village, Bali, in Pali district, Rajasthan for the first time after assuming office as the Governor of Sikkim.

Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by Rajasthan’s ministers Shri Joraram Kumawat & Shri Otaram Devasi; Shri Madan Rathore, MP and BJP President of Rajasthan; Shri Pushpendra Singh, MLA; Shri Kesharam Chaudhary, MLA; Shri Pusp Jain, Ex-MP; and the general public from Pali district.

During the occasion, he interacted with the local residents, sharing memories and discussing developmental prospects for the region.

Further, the Hon’ble Governor expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome so accorded and reiterated his pledge to work diligently for the advancement and well-being of Sikkim and its people.
