Shri Sudhir Kumar, Inspector General (IG), and Shri Bhalwan Singh, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Frontier HQ, SSB, Siliguri, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, at Raj Bhavan today.

During the meeting, the officials briefed the Hon’ble Governor on the operations and initiatives undertaken by the SSB in Sikkim and various parts of India. They also presented a book titled “Swayamsidha,” highlighting the contributions of female personnel and their vital role in the SSB in safeguarding the nation.

The Hon’ble Governor expressed his appreciation for the SSB’s efforts in maintaining peace and order, as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of citizens.
Further, he also extended his best wishes for their upcoming endeavours.
