04.02.2025 : The Hon’ble Speaker of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly, accompanied by the Secretary and Principal Director, called on the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim at Raj Bhavan today.

The Hon’ble Speaker of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly, Shri Mingma Norbu Sherpa, accompanied by the Secretary and Principal Director of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly, called on the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, at Raj Bhavan today.
During the call on , the Hon’ble Speaker extended a formal invitation to the Hon’ble Governor to deliver his address at the Eleventh Assembly, Second Session, of the Legislative Assembly scheduled for 05.02.2025. The Hon’ble Speaker also briefed the Hon’ble Governor on the agenda for the upcoming session.
The Hon’ble Governor graciously accepted the invitation and extended his best wishes for the successful conduct of the session.

आज राजभवन में सिक्किम विधान सभा के माननीय अध्यक्ष श्री एम एन शेरपा ने सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर से शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस दौरान सचिव, सिक्किम विधानसभा, श्री ललित कुमार गुरुंग एवं प्रधान निदेशन,श्री
के. टी .जी .भूटिया की भी उपस्थिति रही।

इस दौरान, माननीय विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने राज्यपाल महोदय को कल 5 फरवरी 2025 को आहूत होने वाले के विधानसभा सत्र में अभिभाषण हेतु विधिवत निमंत्रण दिया।
इसी क्रम में,अध्यक्ष महोदय ने आगामी विधानसभा सत्र के एजेंडे के बारे में भी राज्यपाल महोदय को जानकारी दी ।
राज्यपाल महोदय ने सत्र में उपस्थिति की अपनी सहमति व्यक्त करते हुए सत्र के सफल आयोजन के लिए अपनी शुभकामनाएँ दीं हैं।
