06.04.2025 : Greetings from the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim on the Occasion of Ram Navami. (In English & Hindi)

The Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, conveyed his heartiest wishes and warm greetings to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.

In his message, the Hon’ble Governor said, “Ram Navami, the sacred birth anniversary of Lord Ram, is devoutly celebrated across our country with deep religious sentiment and fervour. Lord Ram, revered as Maryada Purushottam, is worshipped as the epitome of virtue, a symbol of truth, and the embodiment of righteousness, morality, and the destroyer of evil.

His ideals, philosophy, and teachings continue to inspire us to dedicate ourselves to the service of the humanity, upholding the values of sacrifice, compassion, and duty.

Ram Navami offers an opportunity for all to renew our spiritual, moral, and ethical values, and to rededicate ourselves to the cause of social harmony, goodwill, unity, peace, and progress.

May Prabhu Shri Ram shower his divine blessings on all of us, and may the sacred festival of Ram Navami bring joy, prosperity, and happiness to every home.” JAI SHREE RAM!

सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल, श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर ने राम नवमी के पावन अवसर पर राज्यवासियों को अपनी हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित की है।

अपने संदेश में माननीय राज्यपाल ने कहा, “राम नवमी का पावन पर्व भगवान श्री राम के जन्मोत्सव का प्रतीक है। भगवान राम, जिन्हें मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम के रूप में जाना जाता है जो सदाचार, सत्य और धर्म के प्रतीक हैं। उनका जीवन और शिक्षाएं हमें मानवता की सेवा करने, आपसी सौहार्द्र बनाए रखने और धर्म के रास्ते पर चलने की प्रेरणा देती हैं।

माननीय राज्यपाल ने कहा कि राम नवमी का यह पर्व हमें हमारे सिक्किम राज्य से प्रेरणा लेने का अवसर देता है, जहां विभिन्न धर्म और सांस्कृतिक समुदाय के लोग प्रेम और सौहार्द्र के साथ रहते हैं।

इस पुनीत अवसर पर मैं कामना करता हूँ कि प्रभु श्री राम का आशीर्वाद सभी के जीवन में सुख, समृद्धि और शांति लाए।
