23.04.2026 : Sikkim Governor today inaugurated the 100 ft National Flag at Takhatgarh in Pali district of Rajasthan and virtually laid the foundation stone of several development projects.

Sikkim Governor, Shri Om Prakash Mathur today inaugurated the 100 ft National Flag at Takhatgarh in Pali district of Rajasthan and virtually laid the foundation stone of several development projects.

This national flag has been installed by the Takhatgarh Municipal Council,(Nagar Palika Takhatgarh) which stands as a symbol of unity, pride, and respect for the nation.

The development projects included the construction of three science laboratories and two additional classrooms at PM Shri Government Girls Senior Secondary School, installation of a shed, construction of a new laboratory at the Community Health Centre, construction of a water tank etc.

In his address, the Governor, Shri Mathur congratulated the people of Takhatgarh and said that these projects will prove to be milestones in the Takhatgarh’s growth journey, new infrastructure initiatives in healthcare, education, and overall development of the municipal council.

The event was attended by Rajasthan government cabinet minister, Shri Joraram Kumawat, MLA Shri Chhagan Singh Rajpurohit, former member of parliament, Shri Pusp Jain, and other public representatives.

सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री ओम प्रकाश माथुर ने आज राजस्थान के पाली जिले के तखतगढ़ में आयोजित समारोह में शिरकत की। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल महोदय ने नगर पालिका तखतगढ़ द्वारा स्थापित 30 मीटर (100 फीट) ऊंचे भव्य राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का लोकार्पण किया साथ ही वर्चुअल माध्यम से क्षेत्र की महत्वपूर्ण विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास व उद्घाटन किया। इसके अंतर्गत विशेष रूप से
पी.एम. श्री राजकीय बालिका उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में 3 विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाओं एवं 2 अतिरिक्त कक्षाओं का निर्माण,संघवी केसरी सीनियर सेकेंडरी विद्यालय में प्रार्थना स्थल पर टीन शेड एवं परिसर में रंगीन लॉकिंग टाइल्स कार्य, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में नई लैब का निर्माण, नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में रेन बसेरा, पक्षी गृह और खेड़ावास में 150 KL क्षमता की पानी की टंकी का निर्माण कार्य आदि रहे हैं।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए माननीय राज्यपाल ने तखतगढ़ की जनता को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी ये परियोजनाएं क्षेत्र के विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगी।

इस समारोह के दौरान राजस्थान सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री जोराराम कुमावत, विधायक श्री छगन सिंह राजपुरोहित, पूर्व सांसद श्री पुष्प जैन सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
