    The Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya, visited Ayodhya Dham and paid his respects to Shri Ram Lala on his recent visit. He also prayed for the well-being, happiness, and prosperity of the people of his state and his loved ones. The First Lady of the State, Smt Kumud Devi, accompanied him during the visit. The Hon’ble Governor described his experience as deeply emotional and touching, which left an indelible mark on his heart.

    During his visit, the Hon’ble Governor also paid homage to the Sarayu River in Ayodhya. Reflecting on his visit, he expressed a profound sense of peace experience by being in the presence of Mata Sarayu River, where he offered prayers to Mother Sarayu River, symbolizing spiritual energy, for the prosperity of all.

    Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram in Treta Yuga and the capital of the state, holds immense significance among Hindus due to its location on the banks of the sacred river Sarayu.
