Chairperson Smt. Chungkipu Lepcha and members of the Sikkim State Commission for Women called on the Hon’ble Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya at Raj Bhavan today.

During the meeting, the commission presented a report on its scheduled activities and provided a comprehensive overview of its work at all levels to the Hon’ble Governor.

The Hon’ble Governor highlighted the vital role of women’s empowerment in national development, extending best wishes for all their contributions to advancing women’s welfare in Sikkim.
